12"x29" watercolor on 300lb Arches paper
 I
just had to paint this huge alligator after an encounter. We saw him as
he come out of the water to rest on a pond bank in South Carolina. It
was so exciting to see how huge he was! Just fascinating and mystical.
Doing my research I found out that the American Alligator is a huge
conservationist of the everglades. Without the alligator holes many
creatures such as snails, turtles, fish and amphibians would perish in
the winter months. Just proves all Gods creatures are important to our
environment.
