6x6" Gouache on Canvas Paper
I have 3 tubes of gouache that were given to me and I decided to give them a try today. This is the result. I used yellow, crimson and ultramarine blue. I did not have white available so I used gesso. Fun. Now back to my huge painted rain barrel project that is due on the 28th!

Thanks. I worked at the gallery on Saturday from 3 - 6pm and the weather was keeping people at home. I decided to pull up information about gouache and learn something. It was fun.
The flower almost looks like it is dancing. Very nice.
I agree with Deb, and I like the background colors.
