'Summer Along the Hudson River'

Last Summer, my husband and I traveled
to Albany, New York, and then down the
Hudson River Valley. The views were incredible,
and I found this one when we decided to take
a side road that led us right to the water's edge.
While there, we met four other people
visiting that spot, and we discovered that
the one couple was from the Army War College
in Carlisle (which is close to our home)
It IS a small world!

The Hudson--th river I grew up on--facing the west--magnificent sunsets-I'll be visiting my hometown, Tarrytown, in the spring--bringing my paints. Lovely painting, Claire.
