A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to do a live demo
at the State Conference for the disabled.
I have been fortunate to be on the Board of Directors
for the Center for Independent Living for the last 3 years,
and was asked to provide the demo.
It was to promote the enjoyment the disabled
can receive from being creative -
in painting, pottery, even fingerpainting.
Just to bring purpose and enjoyment to
their daily lives. I have a ball.
As someone who found enjoyment since
my disabilities with my art
It meant a lot to me to be asked.
It happened during my wife & my move
to downsize our lives, so I am still
finishing the painting of
'Watercolor Study of a Greenback Cutthroat Trout'
I will show it soon.
It is a part of a series of Rocky Mountain Cutthroats I am doing
for my western galleries.
