30 in 30 Challenge Day 11 "Bee on a Daisy" by Susie Morrell

I had a request for a bee.. this was so fun to paint!  tricky to get the transparency of the bee's wings.  I am enjoying using the palette knife to mold the paint which forces me to stay loose and not get too detailed.

thanks everyone.. yes, I made a conscious decision to use the palette knife for all my 30 Day Challenge... traditionally I tend to get too detailed and I know this would keep me from that.. forcing me to focus on the big shapes of things :-)
