"Evening Glow", pastel by Tatiana Myers.

"Evening Glow", 7x5" on Wallis.

Today I was working a bit on editing of some more pictures from our trip
to Washington State earlier this month (it feels like it was a while ago!).
this is one more of small Plein Air studies started and finished in the field.
Beautiful place, beautiful light.. everything was perfect about this evening,
except for the fact that it took us a while to find a location
where our painting group was suppose to meet that afternoon.
My friend Linda was my GPS that day and finally we arrived
to this beautiful place. It was so much to paint there!.. And so we did.
This small 7x5" study is perhaps one of my very favorite pieces from
that trip. Hope You like it too!

Tatiana...This is Gorgeous!
This would be stunning as a very large oil or acrylic painting!...Just saying.

Thank You, Michael and Sue!
Yes, I'm planning to work with this subject/composition some more sometime later... It has a lot of potential. It might be another pastel and/or oil, or both. No acrylics at my case, don't have those.

That's a perfect name for this pastel - really captures the evening light.
