Cattle Crossing, oil on panel 18 x 14" by Jill Peckelun

I was painting by a roadside when I saw this group of cattle cross underneath the road through a creek bed and up a path toward a meadow.  I loved the camaraderie of the animals- the mime faced mother looking back to make sure everyone was keeping up all right.
