Two miniatures by Dianne Lorden

I'm not too skilled at photographing miniatures. These are roughly 3-1/2x5-1/2. I just created these watercolor/colored pencils from photos of (left) the Culp Farm and the Trostle barn, on the Gettysburg National Military Park grounds. They are both brighter than the photos indicate.
My artwork can be seen at my website, South Mountain Sketchbook

When I started painting- all I wanted to do was miniature landscapes. I have gotten away from that format- and your beautiful pieces reminded me how much fun they are to do! The barn is especially appealing to me, as I grew up on a farm with a barn that looked like that.
Great work!
