'I'll Have a Side Order of Fungus, Please''

You never know where your inspiration will come from...
I was in the very long, and very slow line of cars at
the Wendy's Drive-In window in Carlisle waiting to
get some of their GF chili for lunch. As I was getting closer to
my goal, I saw something in the crotch of the tree that grows
right by the curve that gets you closer to where you
can place your order. I had to do a double-take, were those
some small alien ships hovering in the shelter of that tree? No, it
was three delightful fungi that had attached themselves
to the tree and were flourishing - must be the Wendy's chili!

Love it! Isn't fungus fascinating. Such odd shapes, colors and textures.
These 3 guys look like they are peeking their heads out to see what you are ordering, Claire. I really like the compositon and colors.
