I wanted to share this painting with all of you. IN TOO DEEP was one of the most enjoyable paintings to paint. I was so glad to sell this one...It went to a good home, where it will be appreciated and loved! I got permission from the owner to share this painting on the DPP Blog. The new owner has a whole story to tell about this painting, and what it means to her.

Hi Sue - I'm very happy to see this beautiful painting. The colors are truly vibrant. I understand it is described as abstract; to me, it speaks of a rich, late autumn wood at night.
