WAGON WHEEL BENCH
Beech Springs Farm
An Original Plein Air Oil Painting
by Claire Beadon Carnell

'Wagon Wheel Bench'
Beech Springs Farm
Oil on Linen Panel
9 x 12

Some days just don't turn out the way you think
they will...
I was on my way  to deliver a painting yesterday morning
when I ran my car into a car that had stopped suddenly
in front.of me.  No one was hurt (the most important
thing), but my car got the worst of it.  After I had made
sure that everyone was ok, I suddenly realized that I had
all my plein air gear in the back.  Because many items
in the car slid forward on impact, I was very happy
to find that everything was safe and sound - especially
this plein air painting from Beech Springs Farm.

Glad you, the painting and everyone else was okay, Claire. Lovely painting, as usual!

Thanks. It was my very first accident where I hit someone's car. Don't want to repeat that experience again.

Sounds like quite an ordeal and glad you are ok. Thanks for arranging the painting day at Beech Spring Farm.

Julie - thank you. Mary Beth is the one who contacted Jane at Beech Springs Farm to arrange for us to paint there - so thank you to Mary Beth!
