Ralph Hocker and Johanna Monighan-Schaefer
A cloudy and rain-threatening day at Two Mile House; but the day remained balmy with no rain at all. Here's just two photos of SVPAP painters.

I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to begin painting and stayed until two in the afternoon when I had to leave for West Virginia . I found the questions and conversations by both young and older people interesting; but it did make it difficult to keep focused.

I didn't get this painting finished during the time I was there so it's still a work in progress. I really did enjoy talking art to the children as they came up to me to ask questions.
I directed the inquisitive people to the hallway inside the Two Mile House to look at our groups paintings currently displayed there.

Thanks for posting the photos Linda. Hope everyone had a great time.
You're welcome Mary Beth. Thank you Autumn. I'm glad it didn't rain.
I was so aggravated that my broken water pipe in the basement kept me from being able to join you and the other artists there at Two Mile House!
I really like your view of the grape arbor - those dusky, purple
grapes were exceptional this year.
Tasty too! The attendees snuck some when they didn't think I saw them!
