Keenan study by Michael LeKites
Ah, what wonderful things we can accomplish when we have the day off from work!
One of the tools I did not use on my last study that I wanted to try on this one was powdered graphite. I am just beginning to brush it on a bit at a time. I haven't found any powdered graphite in the area so until I order it online, I have been making my own and brushing it on.
Also working on refining my technique for creating hair. I think I have quite a bit of room to grow there. I am about half way finished with this. My son Keenan is the model.
Powdered graphite, various artist pencils on smooth Bristol. 9x12.
