This is a portion of a pastel I've just started that's based one of many wonderful photos my daughter took in Paris a couple of years back. The photograph is of a delightful shop window, and I'm fooling a bit with the various elements to build the composition.
So, here you're seeing the upper left portion of the pastel, which is where I've started working. I'll post more of it as I move along, as it's coming together a bit like a puzzle for me.
