GRASSES, POOLSIDE By Cecelia Lyden

It was a very hot day in Annapolis on the Chesepeake Bay. Poolside would seem to be the perfect place to be painting on such a day. I painted till the sun got too strong and the temperature climbed up and up. But I didn't jump in the pool--I went inside out of the sun.

Beautiful spot! Beautiful colors too!

Love it! And my favorite part is that bit that just indicates the docked sail boats across the water. But really, the whole painting just takes you there.

Thank you all and thank you Dianne for noticing the docked boats in the distance.
