"Water Edge Road Trees" by Jack Bingham, Lititz, PA

"Water Edge Road Trees" is today's daily study. It is an unframed pastel on canson drawing paper sized 9¼" x 13" and available for $50.00. Click on the image for more information.

I currently have 2 pastels on display at The State College Framing Co & Gallery located at 160 Rolling Ridge Drive, State College, PA. The gallery is hosting an exhibit of pastel paintings by The Central Pennsylvania Pastel Society till May 11th, 2010. There are many fine pastel painters featured in the show, stop in if you are in the area.

Soft and dreamy - this has a great calming effect.

Jack, this has to be a favorite. I love that ethereal misty feel you've captured, much like an early morning in the forest preserves. Stunning colors too!
