Narcissus in Bloom

13"x19" Watercolor Painting
I just finished this, it had been a work in
progress for 2 weeks. Linda is always looking
for a challenge for me and she set this glass
filled with the blooming narcissus in front of
me. I started it as part of the glass painting
demo I did. Turned out very nicely considering
I do not count myself a flower painter. I will be
framing and pricing it sometime this week.

These are wonderful! I have some blooming at my house too, but love the way these have been started in a glass container. They are such a nice touch of Spring.

I love those roots, Andy!

I love the starkness of the painting as a whole- the contrast works to give more life to the flowers.

This is really nice Andy. I like seeing the roots and all.
