Are you going to do a finished painting of this scene? The reason I ask, is that I love the way you let the barn completely dominate the painting. You give the feeling of what it is like to be close to an old barn. I grew up on an old farm, and was always overwhelmed by the barns presence. This study gives me that same feeling.
Yes, I'm planning on doing a large format pastel and if that works I'll do a medium format oil on canvas. I love the massive stucture of barns on canvas to work out some of my color and design ideas.
