My last darter at this time, but I saved the most colorful for last. The Rainbow Darter lives up to its name. And it really is this colorful in real life. The darter family is one of the most colorful of freshwater fish in North America, so I am sure I will be painting many more darters in the future. Besides, their faces are as cute as an English Bulldog's.

I've been enjoying your technical skills from afar (i.e., haven't commented yet, I don't think). This one is gorgeous, the colors a beautiful look at what God makes with a thought. I love too how you've captured the translucency of the fins.
