"Spring Pasture" pastel by Jack Bingham, Lititz, PA

With the weather turning colder again today, I realized I am quite ready for the arrival of Spring, so I worked on this pastel. "Spring Pasture" is a pastel on paper with an approximate image size of 17½" x 23" and an approximate framed size of 27½" x 33".

I agree with you whole-heartedly - Spring can't get here soon enough for me! This is a lovely painting, Jack.

I love the fresh colors of new growth in the spring. Your shadows under the trees have great color also!

It is nice to see some fresh colors and green... can't wait for spring! I like your shadows and the depth of the painting.

Another beautiful landscape striped down to its essence by you. And of course, your wonderful use of color.

If I can't have spring just yet, at least I can view a 'Jack' painting and know that spring is around the corner waiting to arrive. Love that intense color!
