This is one of a series of paintings I have done for my Zazzle Site to sell T-Shirts, mugs, calendars and more. I also had requests from some friends and relatives for some 'fun' subjects, like Nessie. While I have been to Loch Ness, and I ,o f course saw her, I have to admit taking a few liberties in the painting, as she wasn't visible very long, and refused to pose for me!
I have also done a Giant Squid, Giant Pacific Octopus and other fun subjects that will pop up on the Blog in the future. This is a continuation of my resent "Art is Fun' theme.

Sure wish you could have seen the BIG smile that came on my face when I brought the DPP blog up and saw your Loch Ness Monster! This is terrific!!!! Please let me know if you make prints of this - I have a grandson who would think this was the best! Love, love, love it!

My boys just saw your Nessie. What a treat for our family on a Saturday morning. They just don't understand how you create such amazing paintings with Watercolors. We will come to an exhibit when you are present so they can meet you. Thank you!! By the way - my husband also loves it.
