Cupola View ~ Andy Smith, watercolor

4"x6" Original Watercolor
SOLD!

I found this cupola in New Castle, DE.
I believe it is a fox on the weather vane.
What you need to consider is I do not have
copper paint... It is a mixture of burnt sienna
and cad. yellow dark. The sky is a bit bluer
in the painting than it shows on computer.

Andy you have such a knack for honing in on areas of interest. I think this is fabulous! I love the copper look you've managed and cannot envision the cad yellow in there. I thought it was a fox too. I just think this is a gorgeous piece!

I like these type of paintings where the artist goes to the unusual places that people(especially now a days)overlook. Nice painting!
